What You Can and Cannot Do

These terms apply to all designs purchased individually or via a VIP subscription.

Personal projects Embroider on clothing, gifts, accessories, and home goods for yourself.
Sell finished embroidered products Put designs on items you sell — garments, bags, hats, towels, etc.
Use in your embroidery business Take in orders from clients and embroider using these designs commercially.
Store files for production Save and archive files on your computers and embroidery machines.
Use across multiple machines Load designs on any number of your own embroidery machines.

Resell the digital files You cannot sell, trade, or give away the DST, PES, or any other embroidery file.
Share or redistribute files Do not upload files to sharing platforms, forums, or send them to others.
Claim original authorship The digitized artwork remains intellectual property of In Embroidery.
Sublicense to other businesses You cannot allow third parties to use the files in their own production.
